The house sprawling over an area of 2700sq ft in plush locality of Lucknow is a celebration of design and art. It sits on three levels is a clever interplay of volumes and a series of airy transparent interiors that are belied by the buildings exteriors. The hub of the residence is a double height space allocated for lounging and dining. The visual connect between the two floors gives a distinctive feel to the central area. The terrace has a lush garden and a splash pool to reduce heat in the rooms directly underneath facing the harsh southern sun and to be used a leisure space by the client and his family.

The Mani Farms, Bhopal

These 2,300 sq.ft floors, designed by AIA are a tasteful projection of both earthy aesthetics and modernity. They were designed for Vega Building Systems that intended to construct the set of 30 floors using prefabricated construction technology, therefore the design has a modular approach and is planned on the 9 grid principle. The rooms are planned in a way so as to provide flexibility so that they can be interchanged based on the residents’ requirements.
