Countywalk is a 200 acres Residential township developed on the Agra-Mumbai, Bye Pass Road on the outskirts of Indore. It is an integrated township with plotted single family homes taking the maximum amount of the product mix. It also has land parcels for high rise Group housing developments, mixed use-Commercial developments, Office-Commercial spaces, Recreational spaces and a lavish 7 acre club house with a large tropical pool and extensive sports facilities.

Special emphasis has been given to streetscape, so as to create as much relief; visually and physically; beyond the confines of the plotted parcels. About 40 % of the total township area is dedicated to wide avenues adorned with organized sprawling greens and play areas.

Countywalk Oasis is a 75 acres Residential township located near the Agra – Mumbai on the outskirts of Indore, surrounded by a 45 meter approach road making it easily accessible. It is an integrated township with plotted single family homes taking the maximum amount of the product mix. It was conceived on the theme of High-Tech living, to give the residents a world class ambiance and top notch benefits while boasting of class, elegance and luxury.

The master planners – Design Forum International incorporated an enclave plotting design to make navigation within the campus hassle free and efficient.
