Bestech Square Mall is a 3.5 lac sq. ft. premium Retail project Located in the heart of Mohali. It is part of a mega project comprising of High End Residences, Office Tower and a 5 Star Hotel by Radisson.
The site for the mall is befitting as it is very well connected to the Airport, Railway Station and the Bus Terminal among other landmarks. It has educational institutions including the ISB campus and NIPER Mohali in close proximity. Additionally being close to all the populated sectors, Bestech Square Mall is a perfect everyday centre for the people of Mohali and Chandigarh.

Joy Street, Gurgaon

AIPL Joy Street is located in sector 66 on a 4 acre site which is considered to be prime due to the presence of several residential projects in the vicinity.  It is the one stop entertainment destination for the residents of Gurugram. 

The site has a unique shape which posed to be a design challenge. The key considerations while designing the entertainment destination were maximum frontage and therefore primeness for all shops and most importantly greater visibility to make the experience of shopping interesting, inviting and exciting for the shopper. The nonlinear design increased the frontage of retail space dividing it into primary secondary and tertiary spaces; this along with different areas of shops gives a diverse array of retail spaces. The carefully designed open courts and piazzas serve as nodes which brings a strong character to this project.
